CO2 and Fiber laser Engraving and Marking

Laser engraving is a technique by which an incredibly focused laser beam is used to cut or engrave a material. Laser processing is mainly used for cutting, engraving and with marking its more and more used for the precise identification of parts and identification. It is a more innovative and advanced technique that consists of precise and very fine cuts using a laser beam many times smaller than a human hair. One benefit of using lasers to engrave or cut objects is that the material or surface does not need to be held down since only focused light is touching it. Here’s a video of a laser engraver you can review here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPwCeNWGwVE

Therefore, the main advantage of laser engraving systems is that it is not necessary to replace the head or parts at regular intervals. Laser engraving systems have a wide range of applications in all sectors, particularly in the production of metal and plastic products. This engraving method is more reliable, greener, faster, simpler and more productive than any other type of engraving technique. Using laser technology,we can engrave on all surfaces, such as wood, stainless steel, gold, silver, copper, glass, ceramics, platinum, aluminum, silicon, titanium, plastic materials, etc.

Fiber laser marking machine
Laser marking is a technology used to mark or mark a wide range of metal materials using a laser beam. There are several types of laser marking techniques which include annealing and removing but also cutting. You can see a laser marking machine here:https://www.bosslaser.com/boss-fm-20-fiber-laser.html.

The main types of laser marking include:

Removing
In the process of using the laser, the laser beam accurately removes the very top surface layer to create a chromatic contrast between the different layers of the material. Preferred materials used with this technique include laminates and coated metals. The effect leaves a very clean but legible engraving

Annealing:
It is a special technique used in the engraving process of various categories of metals. Using a laser beam on the metal surface,it is possible to create an oxidation process that causes a change in color for the different layers of the metal material.
