We hold many years of artistic training courses in France and abroad. Given the change in status of the entertainment in France, it became very difficult to mobilize a dozen artists for a period of three weeks. We adapted and we are responding to individual requests for art courses. Theatre : Kûtyâttam | Kutiyattam Kerala is the only form of Sanskrit theater in India has survived today. It has also recently been declared a Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, which is an eloquent sign of his importance within the culture of South India. The troupe of Kutiyattam Natana Kairali is today one of the few repositories of this ancient art. She particularly enjoyed teaching the greatest master of the genre, Guru Madhava Ammannur Chakkyar living legend, the school custodian Ammannur Chachu Chakkyar Smarak Gurukulam, which has trained its members to the difficult technical and demanding repertory of this ancient art. This educational program is also supported financially for several years by the Sangeet Natak Akademi (Delhi). |  Martial Art: Kalaripayat | Kalaripayat Kalarippayattu or "Way of the battlefield" From southern India, Kalaripayat be the oldest martial arts. Self-defense technique first and foremost, it is practiced with weapons and bare hands, but not without spirituality. The student Kalaripayat developing concentration, flexibility, reflexes, strength and breath. Martial arts practiced in South India (Kalaripayat, Varma Kalai, selambam ...) and those trained in China (kung fu, tai chi chuan ...) show many similarities, especially in the movements chains, the positions of animal inspiration and techniques kept secret.

T. Ajith Kumar was born in 1968, began studying Kalarippayattu the age of 10 under the guidance of his father, Assan Thankappan, Grand Master of Kalarippayattu and creator of the training center "Maruti Marma Kalari Sangham Chikilsa and" created in 1957 and now led by T. Ajith Kumar. T. Ajith Kumar was declared Champion Kalarippayattu of the state of Kerala from 1983 to 1993. In 1993 he received a prestigious award from Kerala Dekshina Marma Thirumu Kalarippayattu and the same year he worked for the company Milon Mela Theatre, led by Abani Biswas, and toured Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Austria and France. In 2000 he was invited to Valladolid, Spain, to attend the First International Meeting of the martial arts of Asia and in 2001 he performed in Paris in Latitudes Festival at La Villette and also the Summer Festival of Rome. For over 15 years he taught his knowledge to many artists as Indian and Western. His teaching approach is already a fusion of east and west, due to his many travels around the world. |
|  Dance : Mohini Attam, Bharata Natyam | Bharata Natyam is a form of Indian classical dance from southern India. This is one of the oldest Indian dances. It was entirely reserved for men and was related to religious practices from the outset. Over time, it was banned men under British rule, but permitted in the French settlements (the south). She was rescued in the early twentieth century, an almost total oblivion. Bharata Natyam is a dance solo in which learning is very difficult and long. Often taught to young girls today, it remained open to boys. The Mohini Attam is a classical dance of Kerala very feminine, essentially telling scenes of daily life and the epics of the Mahabharata.
